• improved rankings
• accuracy or completeness of insights

Bnb AI is not financial, business, real-estate, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The data we provide may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All insights are generated automatically using AI.
• Recommendations may not reflect real-time market conditions.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made using our information.

• financial losses
• lost bookings
• adverse business outcomes

Bnb AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc. or any other platform.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential
• all activity under your account
• notifying us at aircopilotai@gmail.com of unauthorized access

6. Subscriptions & Payments

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed securely through Apple or Google.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds follow Apple/Google policies — not ours.

We do not offer direct refunds.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer or extract Bnb AI's proprietary logic or models
• scrape or harvest data
• use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• copy, redistribute, or replicate our analytics, designs, or models
• manipulate or interfere with Service operations
